Alliance Technology’s Virtual Chief Information Officer (VCIO) integration is a five-phase process management tool that defines the current state of your IT department. The five phases ensure your company receives a detailed plan with strategies for results called the 5I process: Inventory, Interview, Identify, Innovate, and Integrate.
Inventory Our Consultants run a series of system tests and inspections to determine the status of your hardware, software, operating systems, configurations, and settings.
Interview Alliance interviews the key stakeholders of your organization with a series of questions designed to understand your vision for the organization and how IT can align with and enhance the goal.
Identify When decisions are made without an understanding or support of the facilitating technology, it is guaranteed that project budgets will be exceeded, user expectations will not be met, and your company will be left with unsuccessful solutions. In the Identify phase, Alliance reviews and evaluates the information from the previous two phases to develop a detailed plan with easily accomplishable steps to lead your organization to success.
Innovate Alliance utilizes all of its resources from over three decades of experience to provide you with the best solutions. Our solutions are designed to meet your organizations specific requirements on time and under budget.
Integrate The integration phase is the culmination of all the previous phases and is put into a Desk Reference Binder. Then a project plan is presented to the key decision makers, department managers, and executive board along with a power point presentation. After the presentation your company has a choice to pursue the project plan designed by Alliance, or keep the documentation and carry out the plan on your own.
